"A great location and value for visiting Matsuyama!"

This was a perfect spot for visiting Matsuyama and environs. Like other RouteInn properties we have visited it was clean and functional. But it was easy to get to sites that were nearby and to transit to get to others. And the desk staff were so helpful.

ライブ参加後の宿泊に利用させていただきました。 立地、利便性も良く、立体駐車場も翌日の14時まで預かって下さり、観光ができました。ライブ後も温泉があったので、疲れがとれ快適に過ごせました。体も温まりよかったです。混雑状況がテレビで確認できるのもありがたかったです。 お部屋も清潔でキレイで広さもあり、快適でした。 朝食も直ぐに補充してくださり、地元の食材もあり、とても良かったです。 コストパフォーマンスも良かっです。

平日のライブだったので、急いで向かいましたが、立体駐車場の待ち時間が長く、間に合わないかと不安になりました。 事前にアプリから予約後、予約状況が不明瞭なところがあり、不安になって、電話で直接、問合せをさせていただきました。問題は解決したと思っていたのですが、チェックイン時に受付の方に共有されておらず、確認してきますと駐車場に続き、待ち時間が発生しました。 ライブ前だったので、間に合わないかと焦っていた私たちにとって、とても不安で焦る時間になってしまいました。

The hotel is in a quiet area and is about a 15 mins walk to Matsuyama ropeway which takes you to the castle. The staff were very friendly and courteous and the room was clean and a good size. The breakfast had a good selection of food.
