Our stay was great, Hugues in particular one of the staff members was very helpful in assisting my wife and I in finding bike boxes for the end of our cycling trip around Japan. The service we received from the staff was exceptional and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel to other travellers.

넓고 깨끗해서 완전 기대 이상이었습니다. 대욕탕완전 좋았구요. 이런말하긴 쫌죄송한데 오카사에서 많이 실망해서 기대치가 좀낮은것도 있었습니다. 조식도 괜찮았구요. 너무 좋았습니다.

크게 아쉬운점은 없었구요. 쳬크아웃시간이 10시라는거 아쉽습니다.
