"Great stay at Via Inn"

Location was superb, right in the thick of things. Breakfast was exceptional. Room comfortable and clean. Loved the lounge wear. Public bath very good.

There’s no LAN cable connection. Ice machine is inconveniently located at the top floor. It should be on level 2 since lift will definitely open for everyone to reception.

とても綺麗で素敵なお部屋でした。 急なお願いにもスムーズに対応してくださり ありがたかったです。 ただひとつだけ、 利用したバスタオルに 固まった歯磨き粉？のようなものが 付着しておりました。 それだけが心残りです。

館内は新しくとても綺麗でしたが、館内着が用意してあるのですが、動きやすくリラックス出来る素材でしたが、とても臭かった。洗っても取れないオヤジ臭い感じのニオイ。臭さすぎて、上の服は自前の物を着て寝ました。繁華街から近く徒歩ですぐにどこでも行けて便利でした。

"マイクロバブルのお湯が良かった"

大浴場があるので宿泊先に決めました。 マイクロバブルのお湯で気持ち良いですが韓国人のお客様がタオルは置きっぱなし、綿棒も使ったら捨てずに放置、お水のカップも椅子に置いて放置と散々でした。もう少し注意喚起があると良いと思いました。 また、シャワーキャップが欲しかったです。 朝湯船にだけ入りたいと思っても髪が濡れてしまうので。 そこが残念でした。朝食は美味しかったですし対応も良くて気持ちよく過ごせました

大浴場がありコスパのいいホテルです。 ただ、某国の方が集団で利用したあとの脱衣場とかは悲惨な状況なのでまめな清掃と巡回をお願いしたいです。 あと、もっと大浴場の利用時間に融通が利くと嬉しいです。
