"本以為酒店算新服務會很好, 但完全沒有服務可言"

check in 入住感覺不良好, 女服務員態度不太友善, 不像日本人一舨的服務, Hollywood房形房內空間夠大, 廁所乾濕分離最重要, 但房內每床只有2個枕頭, 查詢要多2個也不能提供, 原因是全酒店full booking,所以沒有多枕頭可供使用, 另外沒有剃刀供應, 男士要注意, 本以為酒店算新服務會很好, 但完全沒有服務可言

침대가 작으면 어떡하나 걱정했는데 불편함 없이 잘 묵었습니다 물론 방이 작아서 수하물용 캐리어를 펼쳐 놓기는 어려웠지만 14층 대욕장과 엄청난 입지 메리트 때문에 만족합니다 다시 삿포로 가도 선택할만한 호텔이예요
