這是一間會讓人印象深刻的飯店、有五星以上的服務品質、到處都是乾淨舒服的、早晚餐都是醫美廚師的精品傑作、將食物整得你不知道它原來的樣貌、很精緻、小小一口、某些時物都是一口量，吃一口是美味、另一口只能是回味、入住時由雲霄飛車送進check in ,很是特別、也是賣點、小朋友都很興奮、接駁服務也很到位、可以從車站接到飯店、也可以從飯店接駁到景點巴士的巡環站、可以換乘jr景點巴士去妳想去的景點，我入住的時候是冬天、景點區沒有什麼景、但如果是秋天的話，景點會很多楓葉，是賞楓的絕佳地方，這是會讓人還想回顧的飯店、很用心經營、他們的用心也讓客人覺得賓至如歸！二樓免費的冰棒和拉麵都很好吃！

ロケーションがすばらしかった。 いままで泊まったどの旅館よりも部屋の露天風呂がよかった。ふんだんにタオルが使え、室内着、パジャマ、浴衣が用意されているのも嬉しい。

食事のとき、お酒を頼んでしばらく待たされた事。 まず乾杯して食事をスタートしたいので サッと持ってきて欲しかったなあ。

"とても残念な滞在として、忘れないだろう。"

滞在中、ホテルの管理上の問題により駐車中の車が損傷する事故がありました。 修理自体はホテル側の保険で対応されましたが、ホテルから誠意のある謝罪は未だありません。 事務的な対応だけでなく、利用者への姿勢という点で残念に感じています。 施設自体は快適でしたが、トラブル時の対応については改善を望みます。
