Too many things to likes 1. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, very respectful 2. The food is great, we had food prepared for dinner and breakfast for 2 days ! They explained the food to us. 3. The facilities - the resort is great ! everything is explained and it is free. Please take the time to explore ! 4. The comfort is apex !!! you can have your own onsen tub in your room ! WOW Overall, super worth it. Definitely will go there again.

The only down side is the location as it requires you to drive there and to anywhere.

- Nice facilities - Comfortable room

- We're not allowed to walk around outside of the property, as the staff mentioned it's dangerous due to the slopes. - There is no taxi around, it's very inconvenient for us to explore the nearby scenery. - Reception can't really speak English, we're having difficulty communicating, therefore she couldn't recommend us any tourist attractions.

今回２回目の利用でした。前回友達5人で利用した時に良かったので、今回お正月休み最終日に夫婦でのんびりと過ごす目的で利用しましたが、夕食の対応が酷すぎでとてもがっかりした思いで帰って来ました。まずメインの生花が萎れていて、夕食も初めのお料理の後15分以上の間、土瓶蒸し風の料理も仕上がりすぐに食べましたがぬるくて美味しくなかったです。系列の草津温泉の方も利用したことがあって、とても気に入っていたお宿だけに残念でなりません。お食事のおもてなしについての改善策をお願いしたいです。

This was a very relaxing place to stay. There are hiking routes around the area. Recommend taking a stroll in the nearby mountain town. The breakfast and dinner were delicious. Udon by the river, foot spas, all were amazing! Ask a local for directions on the Udon by the river. Quite the amazing experience.
