全体的には清潔でしたし、枕を選べる所や色々な飲物無料等サービスが嬉しかったです。お風呂は狭かったですが温度はちょうど良く芯まであたたまりました。朝食は珍味が多かった印象なので万人受けするようなメニューの方がいいのかなと思いました。夕食は美味しく頂きました。

It was beautiful and the food is excellent. The hot spring bath in the room was lovely. Staff were very polite.

The situation with the car park is a little ridiculous. You park about 2.5km from the hotel, are bused to a waiting area to get a small little car up about 2 floors to the hotel lobby, which then have to wait in a waiting area for a long time to check in as well. From the car park to check in/room it took nearly an hr of waiting around in various areas. Then there was a wait of 3hrs to dinner. As the hotel did not inform us in advance, the sitting you get for dinner depends on what time you check in. So we checked in at 5 and couldn’t eat until 8pm. You are kind of trapped in the hotel as it is then such a lot of waiting in various areas to get back to your car-waiting area, 4 seater cable car(2 floors or so,)another waiting area, bus to finally get to the car park to get your vehicle. You also get little numbered waiting cards for the cable car. I guess in case you were ‘pretending’ to stay at the hotel for the novelty of riding to and from the car park in such a time consuming and novel way?!? I guess whoever designed the hotel liked cable cars and being waited on?

7ヶ月の子供連れで初めて利用しました 食事処には赤ちゃん用のチェアーや食器類が設置されてました！夕食時はテーブルに固定するタイプの椅子で朝食時は椅子型の子ども椅子でした。 お陰でゆっくりご飯を食べることができました。 部屋のお風呂の中にはマットとかはないので赤ちゃんの体を洗ったりするのは膝の上とかになってちょっと苦労しましたが湯船は広いので子供も喜んでいました！部屋のトイレにはオムツ捨てのゴミ箱もありました！これには感動しましたね笑 それから無料のものがいっぱいで、夜鳴きラーメン(持ち帰り可能、部屋で食べれます)はもちろん、部屋の冷蔵庫に缶ビール2本、500のペットボトルのお茶2本が無料で飲めました！あとおかきの袋が1つ！至れり尽くせりのサービスには感動しました！ ただ部屋のお風呂は室内なのに虫が…てんとう虫ですが…虫嫌いには辛い…朝はリビングの窓にどこから入ってきたかカメムシが… 周りが山なので覚悟してましたが冬でも関係ないみたいです。 そこ意外はスタッフの方もホテルもサービスも最高でした！ ご飯もお腹いっぱい食べれますよ！ 子連れの方にもおすすめです！

待たされることが多かったです。特に旅館に入るカートに乗る前、夕食時、朝食時。荷物も一名分しか持ってくれず、重かったです。チェックアウト時のお会計金額も大きく相違がありました。
