"さすが一流ホテル"

母と一緒行く予定でしたが年末亡くなり 今回1人で宿泊しました コメントで母も楽しみにしておりました記載したところ部屋にメッセージとクッキーが入ってました お部屋も桜島ビュー(リクエスト)でよかったです 母がいたら喜んだと思います 足湯もあってリラックスできました

朝食会場のスタッフの対応で朝食込みプランなのにレストラン出る際サインを求められた 名前は私の名前を呼ばれたが全く違う部屋番号伝えられた レストラン会場も人で不足で対応もできないんでしょう 宿泊の部屋番号伝えて間違いとわかったが、びっくりしました ホテルから鹿児島中央バスターミナルの送迎あるが 始発が10時からもう少し早い時間から出ていると良いなあと思いました

We were delighted with this choice of hotel. Our club level bedroom was really large, with the most stunning view of Sakurajima. Beautiful bathroom space and fittings, with elegant dividing sliding walls. Generous storage spaces, and a huge bed with crisp linens. The club lounge is fantastic, with wraparound views and excellent food and drink offerings. A lovely experience
