桜島を見たくてなるべく上層階をリクエストしていたら、12階で眺望が素晴らしかった。お風呂も最高でした♡

"Kagoshima Sheraton Great Stay in Kagoshima!"

Lovely club room with spectacular view of the Sakurajima Volcano! Room had great storage, amazing shower, and very clean. Loved the comfortable Japanese PJs provided. Only hiccup was the arrival pick up at the Kagoshima Airport which the hotel addressed. Food was good but pretty repetitive. Concierge staff was outstanding. Very helpful with suggestions for shopping and restaurants.
