The hotel is a decent location, not too far from Yokohama Station, quiet location.

The coldness of staff and managers. Priorities is to fill the vacancy and to hell with the customer loyalty program. They claim that they are an independent franchise and therefore deserve the right only to use the Hilton name but not the brand culture. No recognition of the loyalty program.

The hotel was fabulous and the staff were amazing. They catered for everything in the room. We loved the coffee pods and the toiletries were divine.

It would of been nice if there was somewhere we could of sat outside. We were unable to access the executive lounge.
