Hilton Yokohama

とっても高級感のあるホテルです！ 彼氏の誕生日で泊まらせて頂きましたが、 室内も綺麗で、設備も十分なくらい揃っています。 特に夜景が最高です⋆⸜♡⸝‍⋆ 凄く気に入って頂き、今までのホテルで1番と言ってくれました！また今度記念日等に利用させて頂きます。 そしてスタッフ様の心遣い感謝しています。 ありがとうございました！

とにかく、最高でした 一流って、言葉が当てはまります スタッフの方々の徹底された、連絡、引き継ぎ

若干、私が不慣れなせいか、伝わらかった事や、 そんな話しは、聞いてないみたいよって事がありました。 予約は、カードで予約して、支払いは現地でキャッシュだったのですが、精算はチェックアウトの際の精算だって言われ、宿泊費プラス預かり金を取られました。そんか事があるのかと、感じました。 食事無しプランでしたが、部屋付け等の案内も無く キャッシュでのその場での支払いでした。

Very close to K Arena and quite easy to access from Yokohama station, the facilities were relatively new so everything was clean

Kアリーナでのライブで利用し、隣だった為便利でした。 部屋もKアリーナ側に変更していただきより楽しめました。

入り口の場所や設備等(使い方の説明がついてない)ちょっとずつ分かりにくかった。

Our stay at the Hilton was amazing. The staff were kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The room was clean and had an amazing view. The Ocean Milano Restaurant is a must visit if staying there, you have to try their Wagyu Beef it was the best we have tried by far while staying in Japan. The buffet breakfast had so many varieties to choose from and so if staying at the Hilton you should add their Breakfast buffet to your list. Also the convenience of having Lawson below the hotel was an added bonus and was great for all those late night snacks. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to anyone who's visiting Yokohama.
