車椅子使用で2泊しましたが、眺めも立地も良く室内も快適に過ごす事が出来ました。施設内にローソンもあり快適でした♪ 早朝に荷物の配送をお願いしましたがスタッフの方々も、とても親切でした♪ また、宿泊したいと思います♪

조용하고 편했어요 요코하마역과 가까워서 도쿄 가기도 좋았어요 직원들도 친절하셔서 좋았어요

見た目内装はとても素晴らしかったです

スタッフの対応悪すぎ二度と行きたくないです特に外にいたスタッフの女。車で来店したらスタッフいたのに何も言ってくれなくて満車と書いてあったので埋まってるんだと思い違う駐車場探してホテルに向かったらその人また居たけど私がキャリー引きずってんのにいらっしゃいませとか何も言わないのやばすぎその後いい女のスタッフさんが駐車場はKアリーナが近くにあって利用される方がいるので空いてるけど満車と表記してますと丁寧に教えてくれましたなので無駄な駐車料金発生してホテルの駐車場に入れました。その後も夜出入りした際にその女がいて手上げてたので止まって窓開けたら何も言わないのでなんですか？と言ったらはい？何ですか？と言われました対応やばすぎてあの女の名前知りたいです^_^
