The staff were really welcoming, calm snd helpful. Large room and large bed and kitchen and private onsen in addition to the bathroom - the room also had a balcony and they provided a lot of extra room amenities, drinks, storage and goodies. Also self service laundry on site. Excellent t 5 minute walk to the central high street and river and buses/trains. In the old town area.

A few tea stains on carpet but as the room was beautifully clean otherwise we think maybe the previous visitors had just made the stain and they had no time to professionally clean the small carpet marks. Otherwise it was immaculate so don’t let put you off .

Staff attento e disponibile. Posizione splendida, nel centro del Gion. Camera spaziosa e dosata di un delizioso balcone, dove abbiamo sostato alle prime luci dell’alba. Posizionato in una stradina laterale silenziosa del Gion, lontano dal traffico. Zona ricca di locali tipici. Ho trovato piacevole passeggiare la sera tra le vie del Gion, atmosfera magica. Sarà il mio punto di riferimento per il mio prossimo viaggio in Giappone.
