Friendly staff and beautiful hotel. The area is quite in the evening, but within a walking distance to restaurants and shops. There is two konbinis around the corner. Room was spacious with lots of windows.
There is no on-site hotel parking, but a garage within 3-5 minutes walk. The onsen can get busy, but nothing extreme. The downside is hotel guests that seem to NOT understand that you can't bring your phone to the communal onsen area. Stricter rules should be enforced as it felt like a full invasion of privacy.

호텔 자체 디자인과 시설이 좋았습니다. 위치도 적당해서 지하철을 타기도 좋았고 주변에 맛집도 많고 무엇보다 나카스강을 끼고있어서 산책하기 좋았어요.
방 안에 핀라이트로 보이는 먼지가 너무 많아 호흡에 신경이 쓰일 정도였습니다. 보니 에어컨환풍구에 먼지가 가득해 보였습니다. 보이는 곳 뿐만아니라 눈에 잘 닿지않는 곳까지 청결에 신경쓰면 더 좋을 것 같아요.

早餐位置不是很多，五一小长假高峰期还是等了一些时候才吃上饭。可以选现做的dish送到桌上，也有自助餐的部分。床挺舒适，空间布局也合理。大浴场泡汤后有冰棒和水，外面露台可以乘凉。树木多，环境挺不错。
想使用酒店的cargo pass服务，前台服务人员让扫码自助预约，没有亲自指引，给了一张说明书。预约完核对我们的航班时间，才发现这个服务只能下午2点后在机场使用，而我们航班是中午的，不适用。害的我们白花时间填了半天信息。希望之后使用这个服务的流程能改进。

Rooms and hotel is sparkling clean and absolutely spotless. Room cleaning service is top notch, leaving room fresh every day. The location is very good: close to all Nakasu's attractions, but on the right spot where there's no busy city sounds. You can find 2-3 yatais daily almost in front of the hotel, which mostly locals go to. Rooms have amazing soundproofing. And the view from the corner room is simply amazing: you can see mountains and the sea at the same time. Staff is very helpful and freely speak English, which is a big plus. Overall, it is amazing experience for the right price.
Not the easiest to find the entrance after a long flight.
