The staff were very friendly. We stayed here at the start and end of our Kyushu road trip and the staff were so thoughtful - they placed the luggage in our hotel room on the way back even before we checked in. Beds were comfy. Room layout was great and larger than usual Japan hotels. Location was convenient and yet quiet. Buffet breakfast was great.
No gym, there was a little light leakage at the side of the windows.
