又泊まりたいと思う

駐車場の場所が案内された場所と異なり見つけるのに苦労しました。また、オペレーターの方から説明される住所も異なっていることやメールで送られてきた駐車場の場所も分かりにくいなど改善が必要です。 あと、トイレの清掃も不十分です。トイレの便座に前の宿泊者の汚れが落ちておりませんでした。 せっかくの綺麗な施設がこれでは台無しです。

Lovely spacious room with small kitchen area. The Onsen was very peaceful. The "Free Flow" bar was generously stocked. Sadly the weather meant the rooftop terrace was closed but I'm sure that would have been lovely too.

Really great hotel with great facilities. The rooms were very large and spacious, definitely not what I was expecting having stayed in other hotels in Japan. The kitchenette, dining area and balcony with sea views were great and was nice to have a morning coffee on the balcony. Coffee, alcohol and snacks are provided complimentary daily in the morning and arvo. There was a Karyoke room and baths although I didn’t try them. Laundry facilities were good. The public pool across the road was great and also has a gym. It’s on the Main Street so walking distance to restaurants and cafes. Only negative was so housekeeping so we had no where to put all our accumulating trash given the bins were so small and there is no bins to put your rubbish in Japan on the street!

室内に備え付けの食器が汚れていたり水に濡れたままだったりしたものがあった。 朝食も予約したものとは違うものが準備されていた。 2段ベットに登るハシゴの滑り止めがほぼ全て外れたまま放置されていた。 ホテルサービスとしてはかなり低いと言わざるをえません。

I need some coins for laundry but vending machines has out of changes and stuff won’t exchange coins.

宿泊前に聞きたいことがあって電話したとき全然つながらなかった。調べてでてくる番号にかけたがコールセンター経由で熱海につなごうとしてるみたいだったが何度電話しても繋がらず。時間おいて電話を何度も何度も。そしてやっと繋がった時のスタッフの対応がものすごく悪かった。現地に着いてみたら他はよかったのでものすごいもったいないなと思った。

朝食の海鮮丼ですが、パック入りで薄っぺらなネタで出てきました。アメリカ人を連れて泊ったのですが、 今時、金額に対して質が悪いと言われて恥ずかしい思いをしました。RAKUTEN STAYという看板に期待して行きましたが、がっかりです。客を迎えるホテルのレベルではないと思います。翌日、同程度の金額で日本旅館に泊まりましたが、料理もサービスもとても素晴らしいものでした。早急に改善を希望します。

熱海の花火の日だったので尚更良かったです。 難点を上げるなら、ロフトベッドに上がる梯子のヘリのカバーが全て取れていました。
