False advertising, the description and photos clearly show a bed but it had been removed due to previous guests „misusing it“ according to the owner. So it was just a futon on the floor.

This is the perfect little single room efficiency with kitchenette and full bath. It’s small but would be perfect for a single or couple who rented a car or otherwise has transportation and wants to experience Niseko. There no much in walking distance but a whole lot in a few miles drive.

Convenient to Kutchan, clean and economical as a self serviced apartment.

I was under the impression I could see the mountain from a window. The only window looked straight onto a carport and neighbouring apartment so couldn't even open the curtains. Some form of net curtain would help. Also 2 rather than only one chair and perhaps a couple if hooks on the wall would make for better use of a very small space.
