Highly recommended!! Everything was great, and very peaceful. The bungalows were just like the pictures. Mark the maintenance guy was very helpful and sweet.

Loved how different it was but had trouble with the tv

As we are older the walk from the car to the cottage was difficult as was getting into the bungalow. It took a little getting used to the rocking of the house but we adjusted as time went on. We enjoyed our stay but will stay next time in the bungalows not floating in the water with closer access and parking.

Amazing private vacation spot for friends to go to the Seafood Festival at Tom’s Cove Park, which is only 1 mile away. The screened-in porch is a perfect hang out spot, day or night, and the waterfront view is gorgeous with wildlife, waves, and open sky. Staff was informative and laidback during check in and check out. Everything is provided (bedding, towels, dishes, silverware, coffee, etc.), but it’s ideally for two people. I’d recommend bringing extra shower towels for groups of 3 or more. Pack pillows or blankets if you need to use the pull-out sofa bed since the mattress is a little thin. One thing I didn’t know from the photos, is that all the interior doors are pocket doors that slide into the walls. It’s very effective for the space but can be tricky to close or lock. Upon check out, you have to wipe down the counters, sweep the floors, and empty all trash. Not like a typical hotel, but the space was very quick and easy to clean. I note all this, but I have no complaints. This relaxed stay made a wonderful trip even better!
