Simple accommodations, very clean, staff extremely responsive. We had everything we needed. Very Gus value!

Only complaint is the limited channels on tv but other than that the property as well as staff were great and pet friendly.

If, like me, you always wanted to stay in a floating bungalow but the Maldives and BoraBora are not currently in you budget, here is a great option! Affordable, super clean, and comfortable, these bungalows are close to the fun, restaurants, and activities. You may see the wis ponies wandering about or enjoy the beautiful views from your screened in porch overlooking the water. Drivable from NY and surrounding states, it’s easy to get to and the check in process is simple. I highly recommend! See the website for pics.

Great bungalow on the water, beautiful sunsets, quiet and serene.

Great place, it’s a great experience we stayed in the Bungalows for first time, the little cabins had everything you need and the guy in the front desk was a very nice gentleman. We’ll definitely come back.

Great little weekend escape. The property was clean and the floating little homes were so cute and relaxing.

The entire stay was amazing: the bungalows are clean and spacious. Loved having the comforts of home on the water.

We spent 3 nights in 2 over-water bungalows…4 generations ages 2 to 85. The houses were well equipped and maintained. Beds were comfy, tvs were great for nighttime watching. The front porch was a great place to hang out, eat, etc. my only suggestion is maybe put a rope ‘net’ at the end of the floating piers between the houses to make them a little safer for little children. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend a visit for this unique experience.
