MYThe property is good. Neat, clean, warm, nice view, the staffs very polite and helpful. Including Mr.Oreo (cat receptionist🤭). I love the environment because it is not crowded and peaceful. My room is mount fuji view, and at the lounge also u can hang out and have ur free snack and coffee while enjoy the mount fuji's view. There's several free facilities like massage machine, common bathroom japanese style, free flow water, tea, coffee and snacking. At lounge, there is also microwave for you to freely use. And and and theres a fridge also at the lobby for you to keep something cool. The property also near to the viral Lawson that u can capture mount fuji with nice view. Overall i am over satisfied. They also provide free shuttle car to drop off and pickup at the Kawaguchiko Station.

JPThe staff was great! Very helpful. The location was great too! Having lounge with coffee, etc. and laundry facility was helpful.
We wanted a double bed, but they had 2 single beds. The view of Mt. Fuji was partially blocked by the building infront of us.
SGIt feels like a family bed n breakfast kinda accommodation. Very warmth n pleasant people. Thank u for making my stay a pleasant one!
Just that I didn't get to see Mount Fuji, due to bad weather; which could have been visible right out of d accommodation.
AUThe staff was very friendly and spoke English, wich is a great bonus. My room was with mount Fuji view, incredibile.
JPThe staff was super nice and the vibe of the whole hotel was amazing. You could feel the history of the place and the influence it had in the music scene of Japan. I'd recommend.
FR- quick, easy check-in/out - free pick-up on arrival and return if requested - shower and onsen very pleasant and quiet - washing machine available - communal veranda with free food and drink, and a lovely view of Mount Fuji as a bonus - attentive and very pleasant staff !

DEThe view on Mount Fuji from the windows was beautiful and the place was very accomodating.
Sadly there was a ton of mold in the public bath (reviews from the beginning of this year mentioned similar things). And also in some of the edges of the room was some mold, especially the windows. It should be easily removable from the plastic frame, even if in winter it's certainly not easy to keep everything dry. Overall it felt a bit old, especially for the price, but I guess the view of Mount Fuji is part of the reason.
