This was a very different stay. Although a little removed from the centre of town, the shuttle bus service made it accessible. A beautiful escape from the business of travel.

The buffet meals were excellent, but some English translation on the labels would be an enormous help.

Dinner and Breakfast buffet. We loved the typical japanese atmosphere. Public onsen area is big and the view from the top is amazing.

Room was a littel bit old and needs renovation. Staff at the reception was not that nice as we experienced in many other japanese hotels.

The Hotel was highly professionally run everything about the experience was excellent. The outside bath in the cool mountain air was sublime.

Our stay was an interesting experience. The hotel was easy to get to by car and there was plenty of parking available. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner buffets and the many alcoholic beverages available. It was a good opportunity to sample different sakes, beers, and wine. The food was good. It was the same selection every day but there were enough different dishes that you could try something new every time. The outdoor bath is wonderful and I liked that towels were provided at the bath and did not need to be taken from the room.

The bedside lamp did not work but otherwise the room was large and comfortable.
