"Absolutely brilliant hotel. Facilities through to food & staff were faultless."

Hotel & facilities were superb from the breakfast & dinner buffets through to the indoor / outdoor rooftop spa. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Free drinks, including alcohol, soft drinks, coffee, ice creams & snacks was also a very nice touch.

The shuttle buses to & from Nikko could have run every 30-45 minutes instead of every hour or so.

誕生日と記念日の旅行で利用しました。 部屋も静かで、ホテルの親切なサービス、温泉、食事、全て満点。駅から少し離れてますが車で行かなくても東武日光駅より、シャトルバスが往復利用できます。昼間は曇りで霧が多かったのですが、夜に素晴らしい星空が見えました。ホテル周りは散策コースもあり、ホテル中にも無料の卓球エリア、有料のカラオケ利用があり、ホテルの中だけでも充分に満足して過ごせます。２つだけ、部屋の中は乾燥が気になったのと冬の間の露天風呂はもう少し熱い温泉でもいいかもしれません。ただ全体的に大変満足していますので、次回また必ず利用します。次回はホテル有料の(リーズナブルなお値段)の天体観測を利用したいです。

"Great little getaway and stay at the TAOYA Nikko Kirifuri"

The hotel facilities were very nice. The front desk staff only spoke Japanese but we managed to understand one another. The massage chairs were amazing. The buffet - holy cow the amount of food. Our room was large and clean. We enjoyed the bath services inside the room and outside. There is a free shuttle. It is closer to the Tobu Nikko Station. We didn't' realize and took a taxi the day we arrived.

"Beautiful Onsen stay with great buffet"

50代女2人で電車利用一泊二日で宿泊しました。 駅前に大型バスの送迎有り　食事もそうですがアルコールの種類も豊富で迷ってしまいました。美味しかったです！ブュッフェスタイルで広々とオシャレ！とにかくゆったり過ごす事できます！露天風呂も気分良く入浴でき。朝日もバッチリ見る事できました。無料で星空観察できたり、やれる事が結構ありました。あっというまにチェクアウトまたリピート確定。 夜食にはゆばうどんも食べれるようです！ぜひおすすめです！スタッフの方々の対応も良かったです。
