The view from the baths was amazing and easily the best reason to stay at this hotel.

I actually think the hotel was fine in just about every way. Not extraordinary, just fine. The room was fine, maybe a little outdated, but was still comfortable. Dinner and breakfast were buffet style. Many options and everything was tasty, but nothing was picture worthy. I actually would stay again if the price were a little more reasonable. ¥20,000 a night per person is, in my opinion, a bit overpriced for a hotel that is just fine.

The facilities were so great in every perspective. The staffs are so willing to help and got an excellent service mind.

There's only one staff who could speak English so it's quite hard to communicate. I think they should add another one time slot for the late night shuttle bus to and from train station.
