Apartment was very nice and well equipped. Having a space away from the kids was a bonus.

Accueil completement automatisé. Faire le pre-checkin en ligne, les instructions sont reçues quelques jours avant. Dans le quartier Gion de Kyoto, à 10mn/15mn à pied des rues commerçantes. Metro à 300m. Grand appartement, cuisine équipée, tout neuf.

Brilliant apartment, has all of the amenities you could need for your home away from home. Great location, good value and lovely staff.

My favorite hotel on the entire trip

Everything is good

This place was top notch and the best accommodation during our 2.5 weeks in Japan. Centrally located and close to the train station and bus terminal for local busses. It was immaculately clean and extremely spacious. The washer and dryer worked wonderfully. And the feel of an apartment was a welcome change compared to the smaller typical accommodations in Japan. The person at the desk was very helpful and if they were not around, used the tablet provided to phone in for help.

Absolutely love this place. It was our first time in Kyoto and we stumbled upon this place and booked because we wanted the convenience of a washer/dryer after 5 days of travel in Tokyo, and it was a plus that it was cutely decorated. We were so surprised upon arrival to find the place was basically like a one bedroom apartment (so much room!) equipped with everything you’d possibly need to make yourself comfortable. We enjoyed all of the room we had with separate spaces for toilet, shower/bath, laundry, kitchen/dining, living room (couches tv) and also bedroom! Theres also a private onsen to reserve but we unfortunately did not have the time to book. Although the place is mostly self-served, including check-in, we were greeted by staff during check-in and check-out and we were completely blown away by the customer service. I also wanted to add that although these rooms may accommodate multiple travelers, it is important to ensure you’re booking with the correct number of travelers in your party as the base rate may differ a tiny bit. Kyoto now holds a special place in our hearts and we can’t wait to come back. We’ll definitely be booking this place again when we do! Thank you so much for helping make this trip a memorable one.

It’s was very clean, and quiet.

There are two primary reasons I picked this hotel, and the hotel satisfied my needs very well. 1. I needed to be close to Rohm Theater Kyoto for a J-pop concert I was attending. 2. I needed a laundry machine in the unit for the Kyoto leg of our trip. The location was about a 10 minute walk to Rohm Theater as well as the Heian Shrine, so it was great for that. There was easy access to the Kyoto subway, a 5-ish minute walk to a bus station, and a short walk to the Keihan Railway that can take you all the way to Osaka, so access around Kyoto and the Kansai region was great. The location was also a just little bit away from any center of touristy things, so it was nice and quiet whenever we went back to the hotel or in the mornings when leaving. One minor weakness for this hotel is that it is not walking distance to a JR station that I know of in Kyoto, so if you have a JR Rail Pass, I wouldn't recommend this necessarily if you want to maximize the value of your pass, but otherwise, if you just use an IC card like we did, the busses and trains are easy to use. The hotel itself was nice. Self Check in and Checkout was easy. We had asked the staff for extra towels during our 6 night stay, and they gave them to us no problem. The suite was roomy, and we had space to organize our souvenirs before we left. They had a washer/dryer combo unit which worked enough for our use case. Overall, I highly recommend this place for a Kyoto stay.
