Great and spacious

This hotel is self service hotel from the moment you check in with keyless room and rarely anyone will be around to help you. When we check in, no one welcomed you or explained about anything. He just told us to check in from the pad. If you are lucky you will find someone but they speak very minimal English or no English. Also this hotel does not accept luggages transfer since obviously cause no one will be there. If we knew we probably would choose other place instead. The Apt was pretty spacious compare to others, and provided air purifier/ humidifier. Water pressure was excellent. But somehow flooding happened when we showered since something was stuck, since it’s late we could not get help so my husband try to clean it and found poop stuck underneath causing the flooding. We were so upset and went downstairs to complain and call from a tablet and she said she will go to out room. A girl showed up at our door so we told her about the situation. Also we complain about the smoke smell in the room. The girl only told us she would tell the manger about the flooding but unclear and what to do about it. Also for the smoke she said most likely from the lower floor (our room was 3rd floor). After she left, we try to investigate the smoke smell actually coming from outside window, so we closed it and turn on the air purifier, we could not sleep that night since the smoke smell was pretty bad. The next day, we did not see the manager and act like nothing happened.

Modern, clean and stylish. Has everything you need and within walking distance to most areas and near the subway. Loved staying here.

The hotel is nice and clean

The check in and check out was extremely simple. Room setup and shower were both great. Having the laundry in the room was very convenient. Good location with highly rated restaurants and shops within walking distance. The negatives: - Being on the first floor and near the street is very loud. Could constantly hear sirens and people talking - There was a sewer smell of the window was open and the bathroom was used - The front desk is typically empty. You can get in touch with staff if you need but it feels less available - If you stay less than 7 days there is no room cleaning and no information for what to do with trash or getting extra towels, soap, etc.

Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from subway, plenty of restaurants, great shopping, shrines and other tourist sights. The check-in process is on-line with a remote video-linked agent available to answer questions and confirm room codes etc. When we needed in-person assistance, somebody came to us very quickly. The property was very clean, and although quite small, was just big enough for our family of 4, for 4 nights. Only negatives were; the washing machine had only Japanese instructions, so we needed to ask for a member of staff to come and explain. Even then, we had questions once we started using it, so it needed more than one training visit! Also the spa facility, while good, is too expensive when you consider most other places don't charge. It would also benefit from more relaxation loungers, there was only one when we used it. We would definitely recommend this place and hope to return one day!
