Fairfield by Marriott Kumamoto Aso

Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Wir wurden beim versenden unserer Koffer ins nächste Hotel sehr gut unterstützt. Das Zimmer ist gut eingerichtet sodass es zu zweit mit Koffern immer noch Platz gab zum umhergehen. Der Gemeinschaftsraum ist gut eingerichtet und sauber. In der Umgebung, welche ohne Auto erreichbar ist, gibt es wenig Restaurants, dafür ist Bus und Bahn in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.

Die Unterkunft ist verhältnismässig teuer.

The hotel has a very convenient location near Aso Station with easy access by both train and car. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and provided a very warm welcome, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

An ideal place to stay when exploring the surrounds of Mt Aso. A sizeable room and very pleasantly fitted out. Love that the windows are big giving an almost panoramic view of the scenic mountains. Despite the hotel not having an in-house kitchen to serve breakfast, that wasn't a problem as the communal dining space is well- equipped for warming up store- bought pastries.

In the evening, there was quite a wait to use the two or three washing machines

Clean, impeccable hotel, located conveniently right across the street from Aso station, perfect for catching transport. The room was large and very comfortable, and the people working here, very kind

Not being able to open my window. I would have preferred mountain air to air-conditioned one.

Extremely convenient and clean. Right next to Aso station and Toyota rent a car. There’s an onsen nearby. You can get food and gifts from the roadside station nearby. Great for the night.
