The property is nice overall. The location is quiet with a great view to Aso area. The rooms are quite big and comfortable.

Quite disappointing for a Marriott, the cleaning staff each day left dirty towels, pajamas, used cups and even trash in our room. Even though we placed them on the floor and asked the staff that we need new cups for drinking our daily coffee/tea. The laundry machine (washer) was easy to use, but the dryer didn't dry well our clothes (even after 1 hour and 40 minutes of using.

Very well run hotel, the location was perfect. The main train station and my car rental place were literally just outside the hotel. And the coffee machine was great free multiple coffees everyday.

只有一張長沙發，如果以長桌子及兩張椅子替代長沙發，會更理想。

The location was close to mt ASO When we arrived our room had a view of a garden and carpark. They upgraded us to a room with a view of Mt ASO the next night. Very modern and comfortable hotel
