USThe Facility was very clean and had the perfect amount of space for our group. The rooms and amenities were just right for the season and time of year.
I should have booked directly with Rakuten Villa instead of a booking website. I believe the communication/emails would be best if direct instead of through a second party.

Spa has a damp smell - not aired properly before arrival. The grill is not cleaned properly. Impersonal service - brief online check in process and staff not particularly friendly.
