Really nice modern two storey home in a great spot within walking distance to the gondola. The owners were lovely, did a personal handover for check in, and a daily snow clearance. The home had plenty of living space, decent size bedrooms, and a comfortable lounge area with smart TV. Great parking at the front of the house, and the food van area at the end of the street. It was nice being able to walk to and from the gondola and enjoy a few drinks on the mountain, having just stayed in Furano town for a week and needing to drive home after boarding. A great alternative to hotel style accommodation in the Kitonomine area.

The walls were a bit thin, so we could hear each other (and sometimes the neighbours) talking - but it was not really an issue. the entry space is a bit tight, and while there is a rack for skis and boards, it leaves it pretty tight to put on/take off shoes. Again, not a major issue for 2 or 3 people but a bit trickier if more guests are staying or friends visit.

Cosy

It was huge, clean and comfortable. Everything we needed were provided. The washing machine n dryer was a life saver, and we could wash our inner wear every night after skiing. Owners are very nice people, very prompt in answering all my questions prior and during my stay.

It was still a walk up to the gondola area. Carrying all the equipment. We just took it as a warm up every morning. That said, it was right between lawson and gondola. So it was not too far from anything we needed.
