Our stay was wonderful!! The service was exceptional since the moment we checked in. The grill located nearby offers great dining options specially if you're into mexican food. We will definitively come back to see that georgeous view again!
The jacuzzi was super comfortable, me and my friends had a blast in the waterpark, we loved the snack options and amenities. I would live here if i could. when i played bingo, Luis Miguel was a very nice and patient host. Roberto is also a very kind ma, i asked for directions when i got lost and showed me the right way.
The property was amazing. Very peaceful stay. Although the one thing that was not too good was the WiFi which is fine
Rooms were clean … but we were the ONLY people in the hotel .. not even employees were there … it was a bit eerie. The indoor pool and spa did not seem usable … ( cold water …) would have been nice to have coffee available in the lobby in the morning …
Pool not open or heated, kids disappointed. Checkinnwas confusing and inconvenient.
Not so good pool was closed they didn’t even have our reservation. No restaurant or lounge as stated. They could of at least mentioned that all these amenities were closed. No staff on site
1.I booked a room with 2 bed and got 1 2. I book with a lake view and did not get that 3. Fridge was leaking water 4. Tv did not work 5. No hair dryer in room 6. No help from front desk (no workers in hotel at all)
I dont like like no have a microwave on a room and front desk is closed.
