The Lodge Luxury Resort At Lake Harmony

We loved the views, the lake is beautiful and so is the surrondings

very relaxing place, the lake views are incredible and will probably come back in december to check it our under snow. the food was good so it was the service

The property is quite nice actually, I've read some comments but I was wonderfully surprise by a great customer service a nice room and the food was very good too! I will definitelly return with my familyu

The hotel is in a good location, the room with a great view and very clean. The activities they have are fun and for the whole family, the food is of good quality.

The property was confusing as it consists of a lodge as well a traditional-looking hotel about half a mile away along with some resort-like activity spaces. My room in the lodge was large and pleasant enough but pretty sparse in its amenities. The furniture and decor was reminiscent of the 1970s but newer of course. There was a coffee urn in the lobby in the morning but the coffee was cold, and the two buffet servers were empty. As for the resort area, the water park was very rundown, and of the four tennis courts, two were overgrown with grass. The bar/restaurant in the lodge was not open. Clearly nobody has put much money into the property in a long time. The staff were mostly young Europeans over here for a working summer and good-intentioned but not very skilled in the hospitality business.

I love that they modernized the rooms but kept the historical charm of the mountain lodge.

Upon arrival to Lake Harmony, we were a little confused as to where the Lodge was located. We stopped at the Towne Center for directions. We were greeted immediately by 2 young men who gave us directions to the Lodge. We arrived at the Lodge to check in only to find a sign stating that check in is at The Towne Center. We had to take our bags back to our car and drive back to the Towne Center. No apology, no explanation. The front desk seemed to be total chaos. Once we got back to the Lodge, it seemed deserted. No one to answer questions, or give us guidance to our room. Finally a young man was leaving the gym & said he did work there but was leaving for the night. We were literally on our own. The next morning, we walked downstairs to find the front doors (entrance) had been left wide open all night long! As we walked around the lodge, we noticed windows that were cranked open with wood rotting around them. This is a beautiful lodge but definitely lacks customer service & is in desperate need of updating. On a good note, our room was clean, comfortable & well stocked with towels, etc. I would definitely consider staying here again if security was better. In today’s world, why would they leave the main doors open for just anyone to walk in???

Could not get any products had to call 4/5 times ! No one there doors wide open felt very unsafe !!! No ice in machine ! Indoor pool dirty !!!
