Everything was clean and nice!!!

Staff were all very nice. Restaurant on direct property was closed. Was difficult to find and once we did, needed to go to other property location to check in. Would have been helpful to know that before. Pool heater wasn’t working. Hot tub was good, room was clean, breakfast was good. Beautiful view of lake. Overall good, just seems like the property could use a little upgrading

Absolutely terrible communication between staff and guests particularly front desk staff being extremely rude unprofessional and nasty. Absolutley no accommodations were done during a snow and ice storm leaving the parking lot and surrounding roads like a sheet of ice leaving people stranded. Security offered to transport guests in their own personal vehicles and if the guest said no to it being or they felt unsafe the staff accused them of refusing transportation taking no accountability that this buisness was unprepared for a storm they knew about well ahead of time. Highly disappointed and will never return

Extremely disappointed! Checking in was a hassle! We struggled to find the correct location since the address listed on Expedia wasn’t the actual check-in spot. Instead, we had to drive around the courthouse to find it. The safety of this place is highly concerning! The room door wouldn’t lock, and we had to barricade it with chairs while traveling with our two kids! Being a Pocono Mountain resort, they should be prepared for snow, but that wasn’t the case. We had to slide through the snow just to reach our cars. The front entrance wasn’t shoveled or salted, and neither was the parking lot. Many guests, including us, were stuck trying to leave, with cars slipping down the hill. One even crashed into the trees!!! When I called the front desk for help, they said they are aware of the situation and they were working on it! This was at 11 AM by checkout time and nothing had been done!!! It’s unacceptable ! They didn’t prioritize guests safety, especially families traveling with children!!!

Boiler was broke on rooms and cold. No refunds, not fix, not accommodating.

When we checked in at the "Town Center" checkin was easy, they even gave us a lakesode view in the Lodge which is down the road from the main hotel. They had told us that the 2 restaurants at the Lodge were open since it was 7pm when we arrived and were hungry.They were not due to the fact there were not enough people staying at the lodge. Also there was no one to greet us to tell us whhere our room was. We wondered around the halls till we found it. On our way out to find somewhere to eat a young man appeared but didn't speak much english. When we returned and tried to watch tv it was not working. Called the main desk and were told maintence would fix it. We left Sunday morning and still no tv. The view of the lake was beautiful since it had just snowed. The room was very nice and clean. If I went again I would recommend staying at the main hotel even though half the rides in the water park were closed at least the restaurants were open.

Overall room & property is really nice but the check in is horrible. We had to check in different location then drive to where our room. We got lost on the way because the staff gave us incorrect info. Also no hair dryer in the room not very convenient. Overall I’m still happy but the check in needs improvement.

Llegamos al lugar y nos enviaron a hacer el check in al Club Split Rock, llegamos a este otro lugar y nos dijeron que no había sistema, que regresáramos más tarde. Al regresar nos indicaron que el check in no era ahí, que era en el primer lugar que llegamos, donde efectivamente nos quedamos. En la tarde salimos a buscar donde comer y pagamos por el bufet de la cena de acción de gracias, mi pareja se intoxicó con el cerdo que comió y pasó enfermo toda la estancia. Había desayuno disponible y nos dimos cuenta hasta el día de regreso, nadie nos indicó del desayuno incluido. El lugar es maravilloso, pero el servicio al cliente y la comunicación es muy deficiente
