HOTEL R9 The Yard Izumi

As a small family with lots of stuff to take from the car it was very convenient to be able to park just in front of the container. The room is as comfortable as any well maintained business hôtel plus it is still new so everything was in very good condition. Amenities were as it should. The staff was very nice.

Despite being a family of only 3 including a 4 y.o because of the container unit concept we had only the choice to rent 2 containers. In a regular hôtel we could have the choice of a larger room. That said the price was fair even with 2 units so it was just a small inconvenience to be separated. Ah one more thing, a small movable table would be useful.

Very comfortable and clean. Couldn't fault it. Great value. Big supermarket next door has everything you need.

Good value for money. Cosy room in a converted container. Bed was very comfortable. Good shower. Front desk staff very kind. Complimentary microwaveable meals that can be heated in the in-room microwave meant dinner or breakfast was covered. There was also a food shop next door. Very close to a crane-themed Shinto shrine with a very large bell - worth the look. Also a short drive to the Crane Museum, and the Crane Observatory (my reason for coming to Izumi.)

There are several steps up into the room, which can be difficult for people with mobility issues.

快適に過ごせました。

はじめてコンテナタイプを利用しましたが凄く快適でした。駅は遠いですがバイクで行ったので不便は無かったです。 また、利用したいと思います。 凄く綺麗でした。

The hot water came out in white color which cannot be used in room no.1, i think it was the water heater problem since cold water is clear. The Wifi is good as it seems to have indoor antenna. The laundry machine can let people set their own password for picking up the cleaned clothes, it is good.
