"Relaxing stay in Atami."

Great views from the room. Both private and public baths were great.

Some staff could use more training seemed very inexperienced. The lounge closed earlier than advertised.

"I will not come back."

Terrible communication with staff. Most of them don't speak English.

Dinner took 2:30 hours. Too long. I ordered champagne and it was out of temperature. I asked for a bucket of ice and no one knew how to prepare it properly. I had to get up, go to the kitchen and prepare it myself. Unbelievable.
