"The excellent service of staff made up for the shortcomings of the hardware."

Good view when the weather is good. The service of their staff is excellent.

It was hard for us to find the entrance when we drove to the hotel. Google map showed an incorrect route. Besides, many insects fell into the onsen at night but there wasn’t any tool provided in the room for removing the insects.
