Appartamento in pieno centro di Vicenza, a due passi da tutte le i punti di maggior interesse, ristoranti, bar e quant'altro. Ottimo per famiglie come la nostra composta da 4 adulti.

Una convenzione con i parcheggi a pagamento, che esiste per gli Hotel, farebbe crescere molto la valutazione. Parcheggi carissimi in quel di Vicenza.

Very central location but quiet room (#8). Used a one bedroom with a fold out sofa which was comfortable for both. Good AC and facilities.

When searching on Booking for a apartment with two rooms for two people there shouldn't be an added charge for using the second bed, this is deceptive pricing.

Very clean. The video that was sent was very helpful. The location is fantastic. The staff where to get your key was very helpful with the bags after arriving (with a little cost).

The door was hard at times to unlock and get it in. But the staff was very helpful when I needed help

We stayed in this apartment for 13 days. The location was absolutely perfect. We were happy to find it as they accepted small dogs and we brought our small dog. It was great for him because on the next block over there was a little park in the back of a church where people took their dogs. That was a nice way to start the day. Picking up the keys was easy and I liked that the host provided a video as to how to get into the building because I could see how it could be confusing. They only gave us one set of keys, and I had to ask for a second set because my husband and I were doing some different activities. They had the keys made and delivered the next morning, which we appreciated. In terms of the apartment it was functional and relatively comfortable. The kitchen was fine and functional with some basic dishes, utensils and pots/pans. The bedroom was fine. Great closet and dresser space.

The living room only had a window at one end that looked into a courtyard so the room was very dark. The wall adjacent to the window was painted a flat brown color which was kind of depressing. They should paint it a lighter color that will reflect some light from the window into the room. The bathrooms were basically fine, but the shower was super small. Both my husband and I are relatively slim people and found it a little cramped. If you are a larger person this shower may be difficult for you. The size of the bathroom was big, so not sure why they made such a small shower. The listing said they provided some toiletries, but outside of a couple of hotel-size shampoo bottles there wasn’t anything else. Bring your own toiletries. Also the towel situation could be improved. After the first week I asked the woman who was cleaning one of the adjacent apartments if we could have some fresh towels from the cupboard where she was taking out towels and she said we had to contact the host. That was annoying and I just ended up buying a couple of towels.

The location is great, the staff at the hotel are kind and courteous, it is clean and well kept.

The 2 twin beds, it would be more comfortable with 1 queen or 1 king bed.
