This is a lovely property connected to the Hotel Antico Vicenza. Spacious, clean, steps from the Pallazo, great shopping and restaurants. The staff at the hotel are just delightful and really go out of their way to be helpful. We were traveling with small children and the apartment was easily childproofed, building and courtyard safe and elevator modern and in working order.

Great location, and recommend the property if you want to see the heart of Vicenza. But, if you have a car, be prepared to park 10 minutes walk away. Inquire with hotel about checkin procedures ahead of time. Very clean, and we’ll appointed.

One could not hang up the shower head. As the holder was broken. Simple apartment with no extras or atmosphere. However perfect location

Our apartment #6 was very dark - the lights in the living room were not adequate. The internet rarely worked during our stay. We had an apartment that slept 5 but only had dining chairs for 4 people. There are no laundry facilities available.

Great location, nice clean apartment, great communication with host.

They need a coffee maker and microwave.

Lovely central location, spacious, very clean. The apartment is extremely quiet, despite being in a very busy area. There is an efficient elevator for the suitcases. We would probably go back again. There is construction in the building. We went over the weekend and were not affected.

1. Having to pick-up and drop-off the keys in a different location can be a bit challenging for families with small children or a lot of luggage. We were ok but elderly people could have some trouble dragging suitcases across the few blocks between the apartment and the key-pick-up location in Vicenza's city center (unless they ask a taxi to wait for them). 2. The apartment is a bit too minimalistic. Maybe having a few more laps would help.
