Heaven Premium Airport Hotel

The worst hotel in the world. Avoid going there. I reserved a room , but the hotel refused to honor the reservation and refused to refund my money.

Great welcome from the reception staff. Lots of information, tea, coffee, water free. Great room, good Wi-Fi, lovely shower. Small Juliet balcony, so could open the door and have air in the room, hotel not overlooked by other buildings and a short drive from the airport IST

The hotel was very convenient for a one night before leaving to the airport. Very clean and breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful.

The hotel is clean, quiet, close to amenities and relatively accessible via public transit. The morning buffet is very good and they even offer to make you coffee/tea and bring it to your table. Staff were friendly and easy to communicate with. Hotel and general area are calm. Highly recommend.

Good airport pickup and send. We had of 4 persons as a group. They charge us $20 total fees instead of $20 per person. However if you are not in our travel group , you have to pay your $20 airport shuttle. Good service, good English.

What began as an ordinary experience turned out to be the worst night in Turkey. We didn't like the food that the front desk ordered for us and we were clearly overcharged for it. We reserved a triple bedroom but what we got was matchbox. The morning of the flight at the airport we received a call with baseless accusations of stealing a tea kettle which was never present in the room when we checked in. They threatened with calling the cops on us to cancelling our flights. All in all one of the worst. I do not recommend this hotel

10 to 15 minutes from IST airports. Airport taxi service about 500 Lira. I had a brief stay only so missed breakfast. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Room was not big but this perhaps helps with the competitive price. Otherwise all a good standard and had all I need including a small fridge.

An "okay" hotel to stay just to rest before transfer flight

Booked at the last minute due to flight delays, Hotel is decent enough for an overnight stay and about 15 mins away from the Istanbul airport. The staff was very nice and were very helpful despite us being there only for a night. The buffet breakfast was a pleasant surprise and had varied options.
