Heaven Premium Airport Hotel

No dinning option, small room, limited service. It’s at best a 3 star

Room assigned was stuffy and very small though it was adequate for 1 night stay. No soap in the bathroom sink.

The room was quite small, which was a bit of a drawback. However, the bigger issue was the noise coming from outside, particularly late at night when employees would gather and talk/laugh loudly. It made it difficult to get a good rest. Hopefully, they can implement some noise-reducing measures or adjust the gathering times."

Terrible experience!My family was sent to a hotel that was not the one I booked. It was not as nice of a hotel either. We paid for breakfast and never received it. And the coffee maker in our room was broken. Do not use this hotel!

Great property for quick overnight between flights.

Staff was friendly, shuttle service quick & accomodating, rooms clean, bed comfy. Breakfast was ok, not much there & hot food was cold. The room was heavily scented & will my allergies was rough, should use less scents or put air on in room.

When we arrived the staff was very jelly and attentive. We actually arrived early, but our rooms were already cleaned and available, so we were able to go right in. The property is new/being renovated ,so there were areas being worked on; non the less it was very clean- taxis were always outside and the AC worked great.

Nice hotel, close to IS airport, great staff

The staff was friendly and attentive however the hotel was not clean. The bedding is worn and the velvet headboard was disgusting. Rooms had a a musty odor and the condition made it hard to sleep. We arrived late at night and only stayed overnight in order to catch a morning flight. Otherwise, I would have not stayed there and looked for another option. The lack of cleanliness made it hard to sleep.
