Heaven Premium Airport Hotel

We booked the Heaven Premium Airport Hotel but we were dropped off at the Lenor Hotel (apparently a sister hotel) of lesser quality. This was at 11pm and there was no communication with us over the hotel change. The Lenor was very basic but served our purpose of a one night stay until our next flight. Staff at Lenor were helpful but disappointed with no prior communication

I had an overnight stay for the connecting flight and the bed was creaking so bad and the hallway to the room had this terrible smell that I couldn’t bear it after 4 hours and left. Couldn’t sleep a wink. The staff were courteous and nice but I wouldn’t stay again.

We arrived late at night, the shuttle service offered was very thorough and well detailed. Great communication through WhatsApp. The hotel itself seemed like a cardboard cutout. The elevator and hall smelled like sewer upon arrival. The door to our room, bathroom door and door/window to the outside would not properly shut. We didn’t figure out how to close the front window well until the morning. Because it was a front facing room above the lobby we heard all the noise from the street. My husband said it felt like he was sleeping in the street. We were hungry and told that food menu displayed from a local restaurant was available and very good. We waited 30mins before learning it was closed. The breakfast we were late for was underwelming and only savory options were available. We again ordered from the restaurant to find it also lacking from the picture and was underwhelmed but it at least got us by until we got to the airport.

Amazing Hotel for a stopover at Istanbul Airport. This is my 3rd stay here in 4 months and its my number one choice always. Staff are Amazing Rooms spacious and clean 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

It was great

The hotel seemed liked it was still in construction. Painting and other unfinished work in the common areas. Bad sewage smell in the room. Thin walls and if your neighbors are noisy forget about a good night sleep which was the main reason we booked it. I wouldn’t stay again.

The staff was good, but Expedia provided the wrong phone number for the property. Also, Expedia did not explain that, email was not used by hotel, and shuttle service was not provided. I had ti get a taxi. Hotel would not reimburse the charge. There form of communication was What’s Up. Their shuttle service back to AP was great, and was prepaid. A great place to stay if you have jet lag! I skep all day, and it was very quiet. The breakfast in the morning was incredible! So many items to choose from. I would definitely stay again, knowing the up and downs. Taxi service from AP wasn’t bad, but don’t use the vendor, they definitely over charge. There is a big Orange taxi counter when you leave the baggage area, ask there, and they will quote you the fare. RT thru hotel is available, but contact them before your flight leaves to assure they will pick you up. Don’t forget the converter adapter, no USB changing ports in the rooms. Also, getting some Turkish Money isn’t a bad idea. If staying just overnight. Distance from things to do around hotel is a way. But very convenient to the beautiful airport.

Nice hotel to spend the night during a stopover

We pre-paid for two rooms with airport pickup included in the price. Did not receive any meaningful response except a business phone number to call (see photo 1) on arrival, even though I put in several prior inquiries with detailed information necessary for airport pickup (via Hotrls.com app and text messages). We almost got stood up at the airport! Once arrived (room 107) we noticed a strong odor of industrial nature (They were renovating the whole wing and the room just adjacent to us). At my request for a room change, it was promptly denied by the man, presumably the manager, at the reception (I was asked to pay an additional 2500 liras for an upgraded family room, which I declined.) There was only one hangar in the closet (photo 2), no coffee or tea in the room (photo 3) and no towel rack or hangar in the bath to hang our wet towels. At the request for coffee in the room, I was flatly denied that the hotel provides such amenities in rooms. Breakfast starts at 7am, so if you have an early fly out the next morning, forget about it. You will not be served (grab bags on the go!). I travel thru IST a lot and I’ve stayed in other hotels nearby. Unfortunately, this one was hands down the worst!
