Room is nice sized and neat. They have airport shuttle so I was able to get a wake up call and catch my flight by 6:am. That is very convenient. The customer service is excellent and they offer breakfast.

The accommodation was fine but be mindful that I booked the premium heaven hotel but after using their transfer they took me to sister hotel down the road without informing me. There are restaurants nearby and the accommodation was fine for the night to get a flight from IST.

this hotel for the 5th time in the past 2 years. As before- great option for those who need some rest between flights. Easy and fast transfer from and to the airport. Quiet and clean rooms. The staff is helpful and sweet. Special thanks to a wonderful lady in their breakfast hall. Her genuine kindness and beauty will make your Turkish coffee extra special

They promised a round-trip airport transfer for €30 but charged me €40 instead and were extremely rude when I objected. The overall service was very poor and far below expectations. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
