That was our first time staying in Bodrum, Hotel is excellent: rooms, friendly staff , excellent food, variety of food, drinks, plenty of chairs on the beach. Me and my family will definitely comeback !!!
The hotel itself is a little dated, but the rooms were clean, cool, and exactly what you’d expect from a decent modern hotel. Showers were fine. Breakfast was a real highlight – plenty of choice and great quality. Staff seemed a bit hot and flustered at times, maybe even slightly grumpy, but to be fair, they were helpful when needed. The standout feature of the hotel is definitely the outdoor decking area by the sea – peaceful, scenic, and perfect for unwinding. After reading so many negative reviews, I was a bit sceptical, but overall we were pleasantly surprised. Some people seem overly picky and would complain no matter what – we had no issues, especially for the price we paid. It was just me and the Mrs, and we had a really good break. We usually stay in 5-star hotels, but this one actually suited what we needed perfectly – a simple switch-off in Turkey.
Çok keyifli bir tatildi. Tüm çalışanlar çok güleryüzlüydü. Hizmet, temizlik harikaydı. Plaj ve denizine bayıldım. Denizin tabanı tamamen kumdu. Otelin bu kadar büyük olması yanında otel içi ulaşım çok rahattı. Her yere asansör olması büyük bir artıydı. Yemekleri çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Her şey için teşekkürler.

Reception did not provide details upon check in. Hard to get beach towels after 5pm even though it was supposed to be 6pm At breakfast, not all the food had signs. I asked several times what the sauce was and the staff kept saying it was chocolate even though it was Nutella. So for someone with allergies not good. Difficult to get a taxi because some people got “priority”
Geldiğimiz ilk günden beri aksilikler yaşadık ve çözüm yolları üretilmedi. Oda temizliğinde 4 gece kaldık hiçbir gün çarşaf değiştirilmedi sadece düzeltilip çıkılmış. Oda temizliği de çok zayıftı. Asansörler bozuk ve kaç kez asansörde kaldık. Oda kartımız çalışmadı ve gelip yardımcı olunması gerekirken biz asansör çalışmazken sıcak havada lobiye çağırıldık. Personel sayısı ve personellerin üslupları çok zayıftı. Çözüm odaklı olunması gerekirken yeterli özenin gösterilmediğini gördük. Benzer şikayetleri diğer otel misafirlerinden de duyduk

Hotel is located on a hill and it has its own private beach, so lots of elevators and stairs involved which is kind of tiring, and not handicapped friendly. Good Turkish breakfast, excellent view of Bodrum Castle. The sea is gorgeous, you swim with lots of fish around you. You can walk to Bodrum in about 30 mins downhill, but definitely need a taxi to come back, which is affordable
Det er ikke verdt på pengene . Det er veldig gammel hotel . Bildene ser ut som ny ut men veldig dårlig standard på rommene. Hotellet har generelt sett uprofesjonelt personal. Og veldig dårlig service . Rommet var ikke helt reint.
