Aweful in every way, not clean, not functioning, awful food. The staff was mostly very friendly and tried to help except the management, but that in no way makes up for the deficiencies of the property. Easily the worst IHG property I've been to.

Öncelikle otel ve eşyalar çok eski,baştan savma temizlik yapılmış odaya temiz havlu bile bırakılmamış, otel çok merdivenli labirent gibi odanızı bulmak için yeterli yönlendirme levhası konulmamış, restorandaki eşyalar çok eski ve özensiz, girişte oda kahvaltı satın aldım, kahvaltıdan 10 € para istediler, otelden şehir merkezine gitmek için 35 dk. taksi bekledim, daha kötü bir konaklama düşünemiyorum

I stayed at a hotel in Bodrum with a perfect location in Badaçkı Koyu. The sea was definitely the highlight of the experience, and the hotel’s location was excellent — just 7–8 minutes by taxi to Bodrum or Gümbet, or around 25 minutes on foot. The room was clean, room service was good, and the staff were generally helpful. However, there were a few downsides. Dinner was disappointing — although it was presented as an open buffet with a fixed menu, the variety was very limited and below expectations. In addition, 2–3 times a week, loud music from the nearby Club Med played at such a high volume that it was impossible to rest or even take a short nap during the day. This was not the hotel’s fault, but it did affect the overall experience. The staff were good, but I believe management should consider introducing some light entertainment within the hotel itself, and definitely improve the quality and variety of the food offered.

"Good Stay but Terrible Food"

The hotel is quite big, so be ready for a lot of walking between the reception, the rooms, and the beach. For the price, I’d say the quality is fair. My room was clean, spacious, and had good air conditioning. Most of the staff were friendly and welcoming, which I really appreciated. What really let the place down was the food. Breakfast had lots of options, but honestly, everything tasted bland and looked unappealing. The restaurant itself was such a disappointment that I didn’t even want to pass by it because of the smell. Definitely not the place to eat.

Our flight was delayed due to possible security issues. Arrived later than expected but messaged hotel about this. Arrived at hotel and they made us wait as they said were full and had no room available even although we booked and paid months in advance. They gave us a larger room than we booked under the pretense of an upgrade but it was disgustingly dirty with leaking pipes and water flooding the bathroom. Have several photos if you want to see them. I complained and we got moved from the horrible upgrade back to a smaller more suitable room with preset air conditioning and fixed speed. Food was typical Turkish and in no way was it International as promoted except the boiled and fried eggs. Believe circumstances caused by lax attitude to preventative maintenance by management as staff are only going to do what they are told and not going to risk their jobs by being proactive without management ok. Expedia should bear a lot of the blame as it was big, set on multiple levels, certainly not accurately described (your company built it up and set expectations high), not Disabled friendly as too many stairs (several) and individual lifts (3) just to get to our room. Can’t believe that Holiday Inn group and I. H. G. Would be happy to brag about a property in this condition. Maybe they don’t know just how much work needs done. Pro-active maintenance should be number one on their list. As I said have lots of photos all you need to do is request them and provide an email address.
