Close to the center, clean, we just stay por 1 night

Odam ilk gittiğimde sigara içilen bir odaydı, kötü kokuyordu, çarşaflarını rengi sararmıştı, biraz bir uğraşı ile sigarasız bir odaya geçtim. Arada temizlik açısından büyük fark vardı. Çalışanlar ilgili ve güleryüzlü idi. Sabah kahvaltı için çıkarılan çorbalar çok lezzetliydi. Otel çok merkezi bir yerde.

Great room, spacious and the beds were comfortable! The shower had great water pressure and got really hot! The buffet breakfast is great, a lot of options. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Location is good, close by to the bus station and easy to walk everywhere!

The location is incredible — right in downtown Denizli, just a short walk from the train station and the bus depot, as well as the main shopping area of Denizli. We arrived here by train and took a minibus to the Pamukkale site the same day and had no problems. The room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and polite. The cáfe under the hotel was cute, and the free breakfast was a nice add-on that we gladly took advantage of. The street outside had many great restaurants with fair prices. We visited in November, during the off-season, when the prices were very low, and so we got excellent value for our money.

Be careful while booking to make sure you don't accidentally book a smoking room — we made this mistake, and so the room smelled of cigarettes.

Central location, reception staff was good

Air conditioning not working. Asked multiple times and they kept making excuses and dismissing me. Not professional, at least accept the issue and plan for mitigation like fan
