Good location near bus station Staff very helpful Room a bit old but clean Good value for money

The staff was very helpful. The hotel is located near city centre. The breakfast is very good.

Some things (e.g. shower head, tv remote control, window handle, lamp) require maintenance.

The refrigerator did not work as it should.

The room was really big,very clean,quite place even if this was on the main road with a lot of traffic. Very nice personnel and the breakfast was amazing! Thank you for the great accomodation!

Professional staff, nice big buffet breakfast, good location near the train station. Good for a stop off for pamukkale.

The bag storage wasn't very secure - before I moved my luggage they just left it in the lobby.

The location of hotel is perfect, staff is perfectly friendly and helpful for anything you would ask. They have their parking place, staff helped to park my car and bring it to me during check-in and checkout. The room is clean, breakfast is rich with the wide options.

There wasn't anything standing out as a bad thing I would not like. I would recommend the hotel in general, they were helping for anything I needed.
