This is the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. There’s a lot of all inclusive to choose from, it’s quite overwhelming, but Siu Collection was 100% the right choice for me. From the moment we walked in, we were pampered. The service of all employees was amazing - everyone is so friendly and helpful. Most speak Russian and Turkish - hotel staff said 80% of the guests are Russian. Very little English spoken but you don’t really need it! The employees who made my experience beautiful below: Raziye and Deniz make the best lattes - at the coffee shop. Gokhan - go see him for all your hair care needs! He gave me a blow out before dinner - I loved it. Tony at the spa hooked it up (treat yourself to a massage everyday) Aibek, Ali, and Cameron at the shop gave us amazing recommendations for the rest of our trip in turkey. Thank you so much! Also, the food truck girl Sahin and golzeme woman - hands down the sweetest most hardworking employees here. They deserve all good things! Thank you to everyone at Siu who made my trip absolutely wonderful.

The food quality at the Italian al-la carte is not as great as the food buffet. We ended up eating there the entire trip!

Location, beautiful area which was full of trees, swimming pools, accommodation, good alcohol

Cleaning staff took an unopened bottle of wine and fruits from the room without asking for no reason. There were not enough sport activities , for instance, we were promised yoga classes and there was none during our one week stay.

I had a great time at this wonderful property. Thank you so much, I couldn’t have wanted for anymore. It was clean, food was great and everyone from staff to guests were so friendly, it gave me everything I could want from a relaxing holiday.

I didn’t like how far it was away from Antalya, although I did find stores that catered for my needs close by along the strip of hotels nearby.

Otelin ana restoranı çok ama çok yetersiz , yemek seçenekleri az olması çok önemli değil ancak lezzet hiç yok, servis fena değil, fakat lezzet , sunum, ve çeşit yetersizdi. A la carte çok kötü . Deniz güzel, havuz bar fena değil .

Comparing to resort hotels in Antalya coast, the hotel’s area is not big. Travelling as a family with small kids, this was convenient for us, as it did not take much time to move from one place to another. The variety of different foods was not very big but the quality of it was good, all was very tasty. The snack bars operate as a la carte. Pool bar has some imported alcohol and bottled beer. The are is green and clean. Guest relations’ workers help to solve any occurring issues.

During our stay we noticed that personnel was insufficient especially in the main restaurant during the dinner.

The food, location and amenities are amazing. The location is super nice and close to Antalya and Kemer for anybody wishing to explore nearby cities. All non-managerial and executive staff is super nice and very hard working. They also hosted a pop-song cover band which were amazing!

There are a few managers who wanted me to pay extra for my guest, even though I paid for a room for two. This happened in front of my partner and as she was coming later than me, she didn't want to stay at that resrot due to humiliation. So after I invited her to have coffee with me and lunch at the resort, and the staff asked for ID's just for a short visit?! I was very unsatisfied with the treatment I got from the receptionist/managerial staff at the resort. Other staff were really nice and great.
