Mountain View, Pierce.

Barmen refused to make 4 coctails as considered it to many. Doctor's services are absolutely useless in emergencies, and the clinician was extremely rude. Rude male staff at the reception, wasn't helpful at all. I sent an email to ask for additional services for additional prices, but no one responded.

Çok konforlu tasarlanmış bir tatil köyü, Herşey Dahil konsepte göre yemek kalitesi oldukça iyi. Ancak bütük HD konseptli yerlerdeki gibi çok fazla yemek ziyan oluyor. İçecek kalitesi de oldukça iyi, her türlü kutulu içecek mevcut, sadece şaraplar için çok kaliteli denemez. Müzik vb. aktivitelere yapılan yatırım, servis, hizmet, çalışanların nezaketi, odaların tasarımı ve konforu vb.unsurlar göze alındığında ödediğiniz parayı hak eden bir konaklama yeri olduğunu söyleyebilirim.

İlk günden son gününe kadar memnun kaldığımız bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin temizliği ve odaların genel durumu oldukça iyiydi. Yüksek ve kaliteli yemek seçenekleri oldukça geniş ve kaliteli bir şekilde servis yapılıyor. Çalışanlar güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Banyo kapısının tutma kolu arızalandı yaklaşık 5 dakika içinde teknik ekip sorunu çözdü. Gitmeyi düşünenlere kesinlikle tavsiye ediyoruz. Bir sonraki seyahatimizde yeniden görüşmek üzere.

"Facilities, food were great but somehow the rest was disapointing."

Great facilities

Only a few staff members spoke fluent English, which made communication very challenging. We encountered a persistent ant problem in our rooms and called three times for assistance. Despite assurances that someone would come, no one arrived, and I eventually gave up. Additionally, the cleaning staff mistakenly threw away my son's brand new toys, believing the boxes were empty. The boxes were located on the balcony. As an apology, the hotel provided us with two beach bags, which I found somewhat amusing. I chose not to pursue the matter further, as it was evident that the cleaning lady was already distressed by the situation. I believe the hotel should have taken more responsibility in addressing the issue rather than having the cleaning lady offer compensation from her own pocket. It is the hotel's responsibility to manage their staff and address mistakes, not the staff's responsibility to resolve issues financially on their own. Furthermore, I was surprised to hear a guest relations staff member ask if we spoke Russian because their English was not very good. In a tourist-focused establishment, one would expect staff in guest relations to have a strong command of English.
