Siu Collection - Ultra All Inclusive

The place is amazing there is alot of swimming pools and the vibr is nice also its clean and the staff is very friendly .. there are three restaurants other than the main restaurant .. i recommend this hotel for the a nice vacation

Nice hotel territory with pine trees, I loved the style and the concept with cozy 4-room buildings. A lot of space, 3 piers, many sunbeds on the beach and near the pools, it became crowded with people on my 4th day but there was still plenty of space in terms of sunbathing and swimming. Water was amazing, indoors swimming pool could use heating, I would gladly go there during one of the rainy episodes but the fact that it wasn't heated stopped me. Service was subpar except for a few staff members that knew what there were doing, including a couple of bartenders, alcohol was good(although they ran out of it at the beach bar several times). I loved the food unlike some other reviewers, it was quite diverse with a choice of meat and fish and fresh veggies and seasonal fruits. Desserts were nice as well. Overall we had a quite nice stay although seagulls were the loudest I've met lol, they would wake us up with their atrocious noises

The hotel has interesting things, as the season has just started, many contents were not open.

The room we got was not correct, the door was broken, water was leaking in the bathroom, while we were in the room, the craftsmen were repairing it all afternoon with a lot of noise. The staff at the reception are very unprofessional and tell lies, and it refers to issuing an invoice for my stay, which they did not want to issue for 10 days. Every day, I repeatedly called and sent e-mails to the hotel and Booking, through which I made the reservation. Only after 10 days with great problems did I receive the bill from the hotel. As for the hotel, very rude and unprofessional from them, they are not recommended for the next time🤮
