The pillows were firmer than I usually prefer, but I ended up sleeping surprisingly well. The blackout curtains helped a lot with that.

I noticed the carpets in the hallway were recently cleaned and smelled fresh. It's not something you always notice, but it stood out here.

Der Empfang war herzlich und unkompliziert. Ich musste nicht lange warten und konnte direkt aufs Zimmer.

The check-in process was fast, and the receptionist even walked me to the elevator. That kind of care is rare these days.

The food was not very good

There were no 2x card rooms, so we were forced to hand in the room card at reception. Also the surrounding area was very noisy so I couldn't sleep at night. The pool was always in the shade 90% of the time, except very early in the morning. The hotel opposite always had 90% sun at the pool. I also had to pay extra money for the sunbed on the beach as the hotel didn't have any sunbeds.

The positives: the staff I found polite and friendly and the service very good. Rooms nicely decorated and spacious and very clean the location is perfect short walk to the beach and in the middle of the nightlife.the 2 quiet pools out back I found perfect kept the sun all day and always beds available I’m not sure all the guests knew about the extra pools as the sun stayed there all day. Negatives: the food was poor I ate out everyday the snack bar was the only saving grace toasties etc I did eat lunch there. Drinks where ok what you would expect at an all inclusive but no entertainment at all and very quiet so headed out every night so never really used the all inclusive. The main pool only has 25 beds for a hotel with 190 rooms and the sun doesn’t hit it after 2pm. The music from the bar opposite is very loud till around midnight as a young couple it didn’t bother us but it might if you have young children. When eating alone during breakfast or lunch or going the bar while my partner was sleeping or in the pool I was so harassed by one of the workers asking for my instagram telling me I was beautiful an would not leave me alone so I left without finishing my food this happened on 3 occasions I didn’t feel intimidated just was annoying while I was trying to relax so in the end would only go around when my partner was with me I did feel completely safe in and out of the hotel though. I would go back but probably not to this hotel

Ideal hotel if your a solo traveller :)
