The property need updating but it's clean the staff are wonderful very helpful and the food was nice and the location was excellent very close to all Amenities 👍

De hotel was goed , de werkers waren ook erg viendelijk en behulpzaam. Alleen er was park probleem. maar verder was alles ok.

The property is in easy reach of beach, shops bars and restaurants, staff on reception were great at communicating the things I needed to know , and all of the hotels amenities, very friendly, as a solo traveller only down side I found was restaurant staff not as helpful or interested in my needs, did feel as a solo traveller they could have been a bit more friendly talkative and attentive, as a person who has worked in the service industry I am fully aware that some times solo traveller are left out as not so many people and treated as less important, but overall a great stay staff on bar great at what they do , communicating well and friendly. 👍👍

Enjoyed our stay. The staff were excellent. However just a slight issue as the hotel was closing on the day we were leaving. Staff were clearing away various items of the hotel whilst we were still there. We felt very uncomfortable with it. We do realise they have to do it but i do feel they could of done whilst we werebnot in those areas. I minor issue which should not be taken as a major complaint.

Seyhmuz Bey’in ilgi ve alakası dışında hemen hemen herşey çok kötüydü; Snack bar denen yerden gelen lağım kokusu yüzünden ne yemek yiyebildik nede içeçek içebildik;foseptik çukurunun yanına bar yapmışlar inanıliır gibi değil; Odaların temizliği çok kötü;1 hafta içinde 2 kere çarşaf değişti,değiştirsinler diye bile bile çarşafı kirlettim o kirli çarşafı bile değiştirmemişler resepsiyona telefon ettim çarşaf isteyip kendim değiştirdim:kısa ve net temizlik çok kötü; Yemekler hep aynı ama kötü değildi, hep aynı yemekler çıkasada yiyecekler çok kötü değil; Bu otelin yiyecek içecekten önce hijyene önem vermesi gerekiyor;otel odalarını denetleyen kat supervısıoru yok,temizlikçiler yani kat valeleri kafasına göre çalışıyor; Tahminimce 100 odaya yakın bir konaklama hacmi olmasına rağmen otelde sadece 1 asansör çalışıyor,bu çok yetersiz; Özel plajı var dediler ama bence var sayılmaz;Golmar Beachin önünde Turkuaz denen bir köşede güneş görmeyen küçücük bir yeri var sabah erken kalkıp yer kapmassanız gün boyu açıkta kalırsınız; Bir turizmci olarak gördüklerimi özetlemeye çalıştım,gidilirmi evet gidilir ama beklentiniz çok olmasın…

Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Das Essen mit Buffet war lecker (grosse Auswahl an Türkischen Spezialitäten). Die Zimmer werden täglich gereinigt. Ideal für Familien oder Pärchen. Vielen Dank für alles.

Arbatt Hotel in Icmeler was a disaster.I asked for a quiet room at check in.The receptionist was rude she hardly looked at me and said Of course your room is quiet.WRONG! At night very loud music started, it was being played at the Elite World Hotel across the street and further down music was even louder.I called the front desk several times and told them the music was too loud.The lady just laughed at me.I even heard some male staff laughing hallways and saying hah ha, some foreigner wants the music to stop, ha ha like it was some huge joke.No sleep that night and for this I paid 70 Euro?Next morning I asked to speak to the manager and I told her I had been lied to by her staff.The manager was a real osychopath she said what music we do ot have music at night.Rude staff rude people lousy hotel
